Track your most troubling IBS symptoms. You can view graphs of all your symptoms over time, colour-coded to the specific diet(s) you follow. The App includes user-friendly Low-FODMAP food lists presented as main meals, light meals, snacks and beverages, so you can see at a glance what is suitable or best avoided.

Keep general notes about your IBS, medication, and foods or drinks you suspect are a problem for you. The app displays a graph of the frequency that you record suspect foods and drinks. The higher the frequency, the more likely that it is a problem food or drink for you. You can export graphs to Facebook or to email accounts. All your entries remain private and there is no advertising or in-App sales. An internet connection is required to download the Low-FODMAP meal lists.

Your App can be used with any diet to track your symptoms as they change, but is designed to ideally be used with symptom-targeted diets available from Eat2beatIBS. At www.eat2beatIBS.com you will get a Diet Treatment Plan targeted to your particular symptoms, whether bloating, gas, diarrhoea or constipation.
